The riad is located in the medina, about 10 minutes walk to the main square (Jamaa El-Fna). Beautiful architecture, confortable bedroom and amazing skyline from its rooftop (it has a chillout area)

The staff were amazing, exceptionally helpful and made us feel instantly at home. Amine was always at hand to help and anything we needed organised was never any trouble. The breakfast spread was always delicious and our room was out of this world. Also cleanliness 10/10. We'll most definitely be back - highly recommend to anyone looking for a calm, beautiful haven amongst the business of the médina.

Hôtel is well placed in Médina. I ordered simple room but hotel management gave me suite room called as Juliette) It was a great gesture from hotel administration. The room was very clean and authentic. The hotel administrative was very friendly and welcoming. Hotel has beautiful garden and terrace to see direct view of Médina.

The room are wide a nicely decorated. The riad has its own pool. The rooftop terrace is also extremely nice. The location is fairly central and easy to access the square jamaa el fna in about 10mins.We also ate there on the night of the arrival and the food was really good and flavoursome. The only potential downside is the proximity of the mosque which means you hear quite clearly the first prayer at 6am

We have just returned from a lovely stay here - the room was beautiful and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just right for us, particularly for my son who has a sweet tooth! I personally loved the area it is in - it takes a day or two to get your bearings, but is such a different experience to being in the UK which is why I like to travel. The riad itself was very pretty, quiet and clean. We would definitely book here again.

Good and real marrocain experience. Based In the center of Médina, we could visit the city thanks to the great and kindly service of Abdul, the Riad taxi driver. Riad Hammam was nothing special. At the end I reccomand it!

Nice place with rooms having interesting decor but in our room the AC did not work. When I mentioned it to the manager at the end of our stay he said that we need to take the remote apart and jigle the battery. I did not see any such instruction in the room. it was not a big deal for us, we opened the windows during the night. Also the drain in the shower did not work well, in no time you were standing in 10 cm water. It is relatively difficult to get to and from the Riad if you have heavy luggage as the taxi cannot get anywhere close to this Riad. Carrying heavy luggage for 10-15 minutes in the hot Medina

Staff, Yousef and Abdul were very friendly and accommodating. The riad was right in the heart of the medina. Nice pool after a hot day walking around the medina. Easy to walk around the medina with the help of App 'Hip Marrakech'. Had a family room with separate room for kids upstairs, nice and clean bathroom.

Very nice welcome and the staff make sure that you are taken care of while in Marrakech including briefing you with tips on how to handle the hectic alleys. A large selection of breakfast is served every day and there’s lots of space to chill out in the hotel. Would definitely recommend.

The Riad Misria is an intriguing hotel inside the building you have a calm relaxing and most beautiful hotel ,but my concern was the surrounding area of the hotel. There are multiple confusing alleyways in which I can almost guarantee you will get lost . Although the locals are friendly and helpful (for a fee) it can be at times frightening

Cozy riad with a great location close to the Musee de Marrakech. We arrived in Marrakech well after midnight and arranged transport form the airport to the riad and dinner upon arrival. After a long flight we were pleased to be greeted by Abdul with a delicious meal and cold drinks. The next day Yousef gave us a quick overview of the Medina and helped us gather our bearings before leaving. We only stayed a few nights but thoroughly enjoyed our stay!A note to light sleepers - If you book one of the upstairs rooms (on the roof), keep in mind that you will be awoken by morning prayer calls from the nearby minaret AND the early morning breakfast crowd. If you have trouble sleeping, consider booking a room downstairs instead.

Enjoyed our 8 days here. Youssef and Abdul were very welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond to take care of us and even lead us down to the Médina to show us the way. Our room was lovely and very clean. The decor was tasteful. Breakfast was wonderful and fresh fruit juice was available every day.We would highly recommend this Riad

Loved our stay here. The host was extremely welcoming as were the staff. Arranged an airport pickup as this would have been very difficult to locate on a first visit. Warmly greeted by the owner who continued to be an excellent host. The staff were also extremely courteous and went out of their way to help us feel at home and with great tips and advice on local sights and customs. We loved the relaxed atmosphere, wonderful breakfasts and sundowners on the roof terrace, an excellent tangine dinner the evening we arrived (needs advance booking) and the excellent hamman and massage in the privacy of the riad is highly recommended. It was a fantastic start to our Moroccan holiday and we can't wait to return here.

Owner and staff were so friendly and really prepped us with good suggestions and ideas for our stay in Marrakech. The owner picked us up from our taxi on arrival and once we had settled in the Riad he sat down with us and provided us with a lot of local tips (the riad helps to organise trips to the Atlas mountains and other areas of the country you are looking to go). The two main waiters (Abdul and Yousef) were very warm and friendly. They made our stay feel very special and went out of their way to make you feel cared for. As noted by others, there is limited English but the staff always try their best to help you and can be a fun experience of broken English exchange! breakfast is simple/continental but very delicious and fresh. The owner helped organize a private Hamman and massage at the hotel for me and my family which we really enjoyed. The food and drinks at the hotel are great and fairly priced. The Riad has a really beautiful terrace which is great for sunbathing and feels very private. Our room was lovely however, there was poor air circulation in the room (but the air conditioning helps with that)! The entrance to the Riad is through a dark alley which for some and even for us on our first day seemed daunting but once we had explored the city and became familiar with the medina and the local culture we were not worried about the entrance at all. We were also really lucky that while we were staying there the owner was there too. He was great at connecting his guests and creating a sense of community.

Superb. Abdul is the friendliest host and prepared a late night meal when my flight was late arriving. Lovely quiet spot in the heart of the Medina. Beautifully appointed rooms and a cooling plunge pool in the courtyard. Order the generous evening meals in advance.

I looked for various riads online and decided to book the apartment in Misria for my mum and myself. The owner not only replied to my emails confirming everything I was asking for could be taken care of , but also arranged pickups for us at the airport.During our stay we were very lucky to share this beautiful place with few other people, allowing us to enjoy the intimate pool and sunny terrace anytime, as well as wander out into town easily.Yes, it is not in the main square, but who would want that?!? The location is perfect distance to enable a nice walk through the souks every day and still have plenty of amenities around it.We never once felt unsafe inside or outside the riad, and instead had loads of people advising 'the square is not that way' in a somewhat helpful attempt as soon as they saw us take the alley thinking we were lost ;) Whomever complains about the prayer being loud should not leave their homes to come to a muslim country, or read about the places they visit before they go. Simple solution: ear plugs! We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience of Marrakech!

Clean, authentic, good location and friendly staff.Nice rooftop terrace.Riad also has a small spa downstairs which is very good value.Definitely use the Riad's airport service otherwise you'll never find the place!Just a few minutes walk from the main market areas in the Medina. The only negative is the close proximity to a Mosque meaning you will be woken before 5am everyday by the extremely loud Call To Prayer.

This riad is lovely and in an excellent location. It is difficult for a taxi to come too close however, so be prepared to walk a bit. We found WiFi to be sporadic all over Marrakech, so can't fault the poor internet connection on the riad. The accommodations were clean and the water was hot for the shower. The toilet was housed in a small room or cabinet, but the door was was so close to the toilet you had to leave the door open. Seriously, you could not use the toilet with the door closed! The staff, Yousuf and Abdul ( I think) could not do enough for us. They warmed baby bottles, held baby, went to find us when we were lost and were generally very helpful and accommodating. The ladies doing the hammam and the massage were very nice and provided a pleasant experience. An average hotel boosted to very good because of exceptional staff. Room for improvement:1/ The breakfast was the same every day and the bread was stale everyday - until we went out and bought our own in the morning! Some variety would be welcome - maybe eggs sometimes and definitely need to provide fresh bread daily.2/ The city guides arranged through the hotel ( Mohammed was the English guide, don't remember the German speaking guide) were terrible. The language skills of both guides were not up to standard. Mohammed was disinterested and had a very unpleasant manner. He promised to take us to the Berber auction, something he claimed that we could not go to on our own. He mentioned it several times but we never ended up seeing it and he did not explain why we did not. Mohamed took us to 3 shops, although were not interested in shopping and did not buy anything ( kick backs of course), but never thought to ask if anyone could use a rest stop or WC. We soon learned not to ask questions because he did not want to engage and responded harshly. We took 3 hours to see the tannery and the palace ruins while walking around in circles in the medina. We ended up at the Badhia Palace at noon with huge crowds to wait in the sun for 45 minutes. This would have been better planned as the first stop in the morning. We voted him the worst tour guide ever- really should be in another business!!! Please Riad Misria - look up tour guide recommendations and use other people. This was a very poor experience.3/ The ladies in the kitchen were very loud talking and laughing in the kitchen while our group was having quiet time in the afternoon. Please remind them shhhhhhh.

Relaxed friendly owner and staff were very helpful with maps and interesting places to visit. Beautiful accommodation in the heart of Marrakesh a real hideaway, it was fun to explore the immediate surrounding area. Hammam and pool proved to be a wonderful experience, we gave notice of our intention to use these facilities in the morning, to allow time for the Hammam to be heated. There was no extra charge for this. The tranfers from and to the airport were organised at a reasonable cost and were very efficient. I would advise anyone to take advantage of the offer from the owner to organise this on your behalf failure to do so could leave you very lost indeed. We had a delicious meal on our first night as we had arrived late, very welcome after our long journey.
